These terms cover your use of Pomme, made by Javier Díaz Gómez.
The license
Pomme is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Those are the terms that govern your use of the app. This page sums up the main points in plain words; where it differs, the EULA wins.
Price
Pomme is free. Pomme Pro is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription: you pay once and keep it. You can restore it on your other devices with the same Apple Account.
No warranty
Pomme is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. I do my best to keep it working well, but I can't promise it will be free of bugs.
Changes
I may update Pomme and add, change or remove features. If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
